Own certified FRUIT GUM production ... also with your own recipe, developed by us. Your desired fruit gum shape is created and replicated with a plaster stamp. Like this, we can produce an almost endless quantity of fruit gums with only one stamp board . The fruit gum ground mass, made of glucose, sugar and gelatine, gets its final flavour and look by the adding of colours and flavours, as well as by the pouring into a preformed starch board. The still liquid fruit gum mass now goes for around 2 days into a drying room . By moisture reduction, the shape is hardened with the result of the loved fruit gum texture. After the so called powdering = separation of starch board and fruit gums, the gums receive their shiny coating in an oiling drum, to be individually packed straight afterwards. 11
